You Broke it Now What? -ETCG1

The other day I was talking to one of my forum moderators and he was telling me about a dealership experience that he had had. Apparently, someone at the dealership had broken his hood prop clip and didn’t say anything. They also decided the fix was to tape it up under the hood and hope that no one would notice. That was not the case as Paul noticed it soon after he brought the car home. When he confronted the dealer they didn’t deny it so much as give him the run around about the entire situation. The car is fixed now and the dealer took care of it but I thought I would make this video addressing this issue. So what do you think? Do you have a similar experience? How would you handle this?
