I recently took a vehicle to the Honda dealer for service. This is not something I do often at all and was surprised at some of the changes I saw. For one, the sent me a video inspection of the vehicle I brought in right to my phone as I waited for the work to be completed. I think this would be a great tool for independent shops to use as well for their own customers.
Have you had any recent experience with video inspections? If so, what did you think of it? Would you like to see more video inspections from your mechanic?
