The Bathtub Curve -ETCG1
The idea for The Bathtub Curve video came to me one day after talking to a customer about his vehicle. He’s starting to have a lot of problems that are eating into his wallet. I suggested it may be time to look for a new vehicle instead of investing in his old one. That said, I’ve also seen issues with brand new vehicles right off the truck. In fact the 2005 Acura RL got 5 updates before we could even sell them. All of these experiences led credence to the theory of the bathtub curve. As pointed out in the video it’s a theory that describes the operational effectiveness of a machine in the case of this video.
I look forward to your comments on this one.
BTW I am aware that the bathtub curve that I drew in the video is different than the one in the thumbnail. Good job pointing that out.
Thanks for watching.
