The Art of the Up-sell -ETCG1

The art of the up-sell is a video idea I thought of while working on a car that needed a lot of work at the shop. It was one of those situations where it might be better for the customer to perform addition repairs over and above what they had original brought the vehicle in for. Now, this method can be abused at times but it can also be a way of adding value to vehicle service. Always have the customer in mind when doing repairs and you can’t really go wrong. Just be honest and upfront and answer all the questions a customer might have and I’m sure you’ll not only be able to add value to the service you perform, but you may also prevent future break downs in the process.
