Is there any brick and mortar store that would sell automotive touch up paint if I provide them with the manufacturer’s color code? I called Home Depot and they said they don’t do auto paint. I know there are online shops, but I’m looking for a physical shop like Lowes etc. I heard Sherwin Williams may sell automotive touch up paint even though I don’t have one of those stores near me. Do you know of a brick and mortar physical store that would sell me a few ounces of touch up paint in an aerosol can?

I am trying to remove surface rust. Can you suggest a video that shows the easiest way to touch-up WITHOUT using Bondo or hardener? The only things I’m planning to use are the 2-in-1 Filler and Primer spray can and the top paint spray can. Thanks in advance.
