When you do a scan for codes, do you do a full scan or just the OBD engine parameters?
I would think the stabilitrak would set a code you cannot get from OBDII.

If you do a full scan, what codes do you get? What code was related to the Cam position sensor?

P0011 is not a cam sensor. It is a VVT solenoid, bank 1 intake IIRC. Could be a bad solenoid, dirty solenoid, blocked oil passage, bad oil. What is your oil type / age / OCI discipline?
As dtidman said, you need a better scanner to pull the traction control code.
