      Greetings,

2007 Honda CR-V with approximately 130k. Had the AC compressor replaced about 2.5 years ago and it worked just fine until this spring. The first few times I used the AC this spring, there was literally snow coming out of my vents for about 10 minutes, then it stopped. The air was (obviously) very cold. This happened a few times, but since the last time, the air has been getting progressively warmer when I use the AC. Nowadays, it’s barely cold at all. I’m very experienced with auto repair, just not AC systems. I have a basic understanding of how they work, but not any diag or repair experience. Thoughts? Should I attempt to use an Autozone “recharge” type thing, and if it happens again then assume a leak? Thanks!

Don’t use those recharge kits, they’re junk. Use a proper gauge manifold to determine your situation. They’re cheap, or you can probably borrow one from the auto parts store.
