Odd Steering Input / Movement Issue was created by DaCoder
I have been chasing this problem for a long time now, almost 3 months.
It is not an intermittent problem, but it seems it only affects the car when the weight of the vehicle is on the ground.
This issue only started during winter, seemingly overnight.

Car:
1994 Accord LX Sedan, Manual

Symptoms:
1) Apparent "bump steer" when going over bumps.
2) Apparent "torque steer" when accelerating / decelerating. *note, it is not actually torque steer as braking also affects it.
- steering pulls left when accelerating, pulls right when decelerating.
3) Imprecise steering at highway speeds. Randomly the car will start heading another direction, depending on grade.
4) Shaking when braking at low speeds. *no shaking at high speeds, no significant rotor warp when measured with dial.

Known bad:
1) Steering rack, worn at center and leaking. But after doing a rack adjustment it had no effect on symptoms.
2) Front lower control arm bushings, new ones are on the way courtesy of MOOG. *Sankei 555 were all out :(
3) Front motor mount. These have always been bad and as soon as i replace them with aftermarket -> blow again.

Known good:
1) Ball joints, upper and lower.
2) Upper control arm bushings.
3) Tie rods, inner and outer. *both new, both Sankei 555.
4) Wheels / tires. Both are OE spec.

Unsure:
1) Rear suspension?
2) Radius rods bushings?
3) Front struts?

Any suggestions on where i should be looking?

I would suggest repairing all your known faulty conditions before attempting to pinpoint the cause.

Gotcha, new lower controls arms for the front arrive on Wednesday. Luckily since i'm in Texas i don't have any rust to deal with, so should be a simple job...
Power steering rack is a bit out of my budget right now, i'll buy one next pay check later this month.

Ok new control arms are on.
Went out for a test drive, and the problem is pretty much gone now!

Curiously, now there is a creaking / clunk at the front when decelerating while turning right. Does not happen when braking. Assuming it is an axle. Could be the less flex (due to new bushings) is causing that to appear.
It is exactly the same location / sound that i get when reversing uphill. That noise started about a week ago.

Also, there is a clunking when going over bumps on the right side, but that could be from me forgetting to torque something.

This would be my THIRD axle from AutoZone/Advanced Auto that was supposedly "new". Each had different problems.
At this point, i am feeling pretty beat up. I might just take it to a shop for a professional opinion.
