I will test for vacuum leaks and update my findings, and also for the fuel pressure test I have a fuel pressure kit but I noticed theres no connection on the fuel rail but a bolt that I can possible undo and thread the pressure guage in it?

Not familar with that car, but typically if there's no test port I'll tee into the hose between the regulator and the rail.

So there actually was a port on the fuel rail and I did pressure test the system
So the fuel pressure was at (35psi once accelerated the pressure raised to 40psi max)
From the specifications I read online it mentioned it needed to be between 38- 45

Does the stalling happen only at idle? That is, if you keep the RPMs up does it keep running? If it's only at idle, a vacuum leak is a strong suspect; if it has trouble at higher RPMs the slightly low fuel pressure may be a suspect, but I wouldn't think that pressure would be a problem. If there are no vacuum leaks, a fuel cleaning treatment such as Techron is a good idea.

So basically if you keep the rpm up the engine will stay running but if you let off and let idle it will die

Smoke testers are like $60 on eBay, or you can make one for less.
