1997 HONDA ACCORD F22B1 MISFIRE CYL 2 (Code P0302)

Recently upon cold starts my accord has been running rough for 10-20 seconds then throwing a p0302 code for a cylinder 2 misfire..

10-20 seconds of rough..obvious misfiring then it smooths out and runs fine after that..

What could this be?

You may have a leaky injector leaking fuel into the cylinder when the engine is off and after a while it’s no longer flooding that cylinder

Removed injectors, cleaned them up, and also swapped injector 2 with 4 to see if issue would move and throw a different code. Still misfires on cold start sometimes and throws P0302 code(not every time it misfires)

What else could it be?
