Looking for a can tap / valve for r134a cans.

I checked Amazon. The reviews are mixed and many complaining that the products listed are not what you receive. I cannot find one locally, all the auto parts stores are sold out or simply don’t sell just the valve. I don’t need one with the gauge, but it’s a nice to have it.
