      Well hello there,

      Just thought i would finally sit down and share my project car, this may take me a while!

      First of all a little about me.
      I am a technician at a Holden dealership, if you arent sure what “Holden” is, its an Australian brand of GM we’ve made many nice cars up until a few months ago when we stopped production in Australia due to financial reasons (Australia no longer builds any cars..RIP)

      So here’s my project

      Vehicle: Holden VY SS
      Colour: Phantom black
      Engine: 5.7L V8 (LS1)
      Transmission: T56 6-speed manual
      KMS: 94,000

      What have i done to this car?
      Jeez where do i start

      MODS
      -Sound system
      -JL C2 Front splits
      -JL C2 Rear Coaxles
      -Kicker 12″ Comp R sub
      -Alpine ILX-007E Headunit
      -KICKER KX8005 Amp powering the sub and speakers

      Driveline
      -Ripshifter (short throw shifter)
      -Heavy duty XTREME Half button half ceramic clutch
      -3.9 Ratio trutrac locker LSD Differential

      Wheels/Tyres
      -Holden VE SSV 19″ rims bored out to fit VY
      -245/35/19 Pirelli P1’s

      Brakes
      -Brembo pads
      -Brembo rotors
      -Sprayed calipers yellow… so i stop faster

      Interior
      – Led Globes
      – Installed footwell lights

      Suspension
      – Monroe GT shortened and stiffened shocks all round
      – Lowered springs on the front
      – AirRide suspension on the rear
      – AirRide Tank
      – Vair Compressor
      – VU2 electronic solonoid valves
      – All 3/8 Line
      – SLAMD bolt in bags
      – All bushes throughout entire car have been replaced by heavy duty Nolathane bushes

      Exterior
      -Purple heat proof windscreen installed
      -Phillips Diamond vision headlight and fog light globes
      -Led Parkers
      -Led number plate lights
      -Senator spoiler painted and installed
      -VZ commodore tail lights installed
      -20% window tint

      Exhaust
      -4 into 1 pacemaker extractors going into 3″collectors
      -Twin high flow Cats
      -Twin 2.5″ stainless steel exhaust with twin center CSV mufflers going into twin rear hot dogs

      Engine
      -Otr and exhaust
      -Tuned 242RWKW (for now) ((Thats about 324RWHP for you Americans))

      Maintenance
      -Replaced Waterpump
      -Replaced Heater tap
      -Replaced all coolant hoses
      -Replaced all bushes
      -Replaced all drivebelts
      -Replaced all idlers to metal heavy duty kind
      -Had bonnet, front bar and both front fenders resprayed due to stone chips
      -Replaced Battery
      -Replaced Bonnet Struts
      -Replaced Key
      -Replaced RHF door lock actuator

      MISC
      -Fire extinguisher for track days
      -Dash cam for street days

      Well i hope i havent forgetten anything but i bet you i have, New number plates should arrive tomorrow which im pretty stoked about
