Thanks for the reply (sunset).
Sorry for that !!!
first I’m not english native speaker. Second, I didn’t want to make my message too long to disturb the reader. Anyhow, regarding your question, NO NO I dont have anyone better to describe the problem better!!!!. And I had the car done by mechanics ( I am not a mechanic)..The engine is 4 cylinders with around 93000 miles. The problem began many years ago with clutch pad vibration, after a while, the clutch pad went down all the way by itself and the gear shifting became hard (specially first and reverse, and ignition starter has influenced also (was making noises) and failed to start from first time !!!
I have replaced many parts including almost everything, like:
1-Master & Slave cylinders.
2-clutch assembly (complete)(3 times replaced)!!!.
3-flywheel.
4-Egniton starterThese repaires did not solve the problem !!!
My question and observation of the whole process is regarding the clutch adjustment…..
I noticed that the clutch adjustment will affect the following
1-The function of the ignition starter( be better and will start the engine from first time).
2-Smoothness of gear shifting(will make the stick easy to move from first to second,..).
3-Reduces (does not eliminate)clutch vibration !!But, this was in the beginning of the problem. Now, adjusting the clutch will not have any impact on the starter nor gear shifting….
MY QUESTION IS RELATED TO DIAGNOSING THE PROBLEM, COULD IT BE FROM THE CLUTCH ADJUSTMENT FROM THE BEGINNING ??? I FEEL SOMEHOW IF I REPAIRED THIS ISSUE, EVERYTHING WILL BE SOLVED .
IF ADJUSTING DOES NOT HAVE ANY EFFECT ANYMORE, WHAT COULD BE THE REASEON?? THE CLUTCH CABLE FOR EXAMPLE SHOULD BE REPLACED?? (THIS IS IN MY MIND)I hope the situation is clear and more detailed.
Thanks in advance.
