Yep, the military is selling it and it has drove a lot, but they say it has taken care a lot.

The body seemed fine, no major rust etc.

Never worked on a diesel car before 😛

It is cheaper and better to build for offroad than Jeep 😆

Thanks for that, I found the problem.

Friend cut the cat one day and forget to tape up the wires of the O2. So the powertrain control module fuse (20A) was fried. After replacing it, its all good.

              Thanks for the info B)

But can I do it in the headlight switch to get it all “fixed” at one move – I mean the VIC, overhead screen, cluster dash etc.?

To fool the system, that the headlights are still off or smth.

A friend pulled me out from the back, so my bumber got stuck in the mud and came off 😛

After that I did “pedal to the floor” driving in the mud B)

Have to replace the drag link end at the pitman arm some time, the rubber is cracked and I can feel some steering wheel loosness.

                  Need some advice guys,

At night when its cold outside and I start the car, the front window gets misty and it smells like moisture or something like that. Then few second later the window is clear. And the smell is gone.

                      Hey,

I put silicone paste between the dust boot and the piston, thats why it looks wet.

The water pump is changed just before I bought the car, about 8000miles ago.

Two weeks ago I replaced the rusty door and the fender. Friend of my did the paint job for the new bender and a donor door.

                                  old door
                                  old fender from inside
                                  new fender in place

                                  Replaeced the cooling fluid too.

Now I need some brake job, new rotors and pads in front. Can you guys give me some recommendations?
