My problem was solved, found out that it was the Engine Coolant Thermo Sensor that kept the ECU not to start the engine when its hot, replaced it with a new one and all seems to be working fine now. It seems that the ECT sensor kept on telling the ECU that its overheating reason why it wont start when engine is hot. But whem its cold it starts with a breeze. Thanks for the help Eric trully appreciate it. Hope that this article can be of help to anyone whos got the same issue as me with my honda civic. Case closed.

Just an update, went to buy a new distributor and main relay, plugged in , cleaned the TB and IACV, still engine starts when cold but after 15 mins tried to turn off the car but still the same , just cranking when i restart the engine. Went to check thr timing belt if loosen or jump one tooth but all seems to be fine. Engine only starts when its cold. Any other idea would be very helpfull. The oxygen sensor? Is that somewhat related? Some said it might be the compubox tjou but i got the impression if its compubox, engine should not start even if its cold. Am i right?
