Struts can last a life time if they have only done highway driving.

I would be checking fuel pressure from cold start first then injectors then coil and so on.
And it is a myth that you should only use honda parts for hondas.

I would be pretty sure that you probably have a wrong ecu map for the newer engine.
That would be where I would look first as the b21a motor uses ‘ pk-3 honda ECU’ which has a complete different map.

Blue smoke indicates valve stem seals but with all those additives I suggest draining all that oil out and replacing it with some thicker grade oil and run that through it for a while as additives tend to remove too much from moving parts and dry out seals especially on a motor that has done high miles.

Sounds like you have a leak somewhere, first start your check from the pedal and see if the clutch master cylinder is leaking from under the dash then check pipes and fittings from master to slave cylinder.
Most slave cylinders have a bleed nipple to bleed the clutch system.

If you meant to say 69 psi that is pretty good.

depends on where you are living but I would say 5w30 should be fine

First thing to do is to check the oil and see if it needs topping up.

Sometimes the seals at the bottom of the spark plug tubes go hard and leak.

Sounds like your bcm (body control module) could be playing up?

They all make a scrapping sound for a while until they set in even if the pads and rotors are new.
Its not like the drum brakes where they get match shoes to drum.

I have done this on a few cars with it spinning like that but I would not recommend this as it is quite dangerous but I have left the strut in the car with a jack underneath the wishbone and taken the strut nut off and slow lowered the wishbone down to take the strut out.

I would also check spark plug gaps.

I would check your alternator to see if it is charging properly next time it plays up.
