Thank you, I did check the hardware that holds the pads in caliper those seems to be same shape as they were when new, it s more something on the sides of the pads or caliper piston, because the pads are loosen in sideway movement the most. But I have the original shims there also. The weird part is that it started on both front wheels almost at same time. I will better inspect the hardware. Thank you

Thank you for the suggestion and video… I guess I will leave this for professionals as it might be bad caliper.
