It came with all the colors and heating iron and grain patches. Matching the color was quick and easy. It did get a little messy and took a little longer to dry than I thought
Thanks Guy’s, I totally understand now.
The last thing I bought were a pair of mechanics gloves. Love them! Can’t believe I waited so long to try them. Other than that the last thing was a 1/4 ratchet.
Back in the 70’s for a short time we had gasahol. I think it was corn based. Seemed to work fine as I can remember but not sure why it went away.

Here’s my chest. Nothing fancy. In some of the drawers you can see where I cut out cardboard to line the bottom. I almost like it better than the rubber material.
I did research it and found pretty much nothing. Not even the actuator itself. That’s why I’m now thinking they are using some other mechanism or means to re-route the air flow. I posted this on a VW forum and have not had any replies yet so it must be a nightmare of a job. Thanks.
My first was a 1973 Pontiac Bonneville. White with a burgandy top and all the power options. Bought it in 83 for $300.00. The guy bought a new one and wanted it out of his yard.
I don’t know. I love all my tools but I think my 18″ breaker bar is tops. It’s saved my hide a few times.
