if your doing the spark plugs make sure you put the same plugs back in as what came out! (Brand) i believe usually ac-delco works best with Chevy and gm products. when you put them back in don’t reef down on them they only need to be snug, and a little bit of anti-seize on the threads wouldn’t hurt ( i mean a very little). If your changing over your plug wires, usually they are marked for a cylinder, but like someone said do one at a time,and you should have no problems!

No, there’s no rusted wire, and i did test it and it is getting power. Darn looks like i’ll be buying a new motor regulator assembly. Thanks for the posts guys!
