Before I use Fix-A-Flat® does the tire have to be completely flat?
No. The tire does not need to be completely flat. We do not recommend using Fix-A-Flat on tires that are close to recommended psi as the pressure inside the tire could push back against the sealant and result in spillage. Fix-A-Flat® is designed to provide a temporary emergency repair that will allow you to safely travel to a tire repair facility. It is not designed as a permanent solution. Fix-A-Flat® will not repair sidewall or severe damage, large punctures or cracks in wheels or rim leaks.from http://www.fixaflat.com/faq/

lifetime warranty is hard as the snap on van seems to stop coming round when you tell him you have a broken tool or he says he needs to order it in. and say snap on T40 cost like 25 pounds a cheaper one is like 2.50 or 5 pounds so iv got to brake 10 or 5 snap on t40 to make snap on value for money
I always thought the reason most professional used Snap On tools was the truck payment program.
As a shade tree wrench twister, 98% of my box is Craftsman. Decent quality (although not what it used to be 45 years ago when I got my first socket set) and reasonable prices.
The other thing Snap On has going for them is humans like for shiny, pretty items. I call it “crow syndrome” !

Your compression seems low.
i agree 120-130 psi is fine, but 100 psi and below is not so good. Compression dropping to 100 psi means either rings, or valves.
try doing the test again (engine cold) this time squirt about 10cc of engine oil into each plug hole (test one cylinder at time) and then quickly do the compression test again. If the pressure now increases a little, the problem is probably worn rings/cylinders. If the pressure doesn’t alter, then it’s a valve/head problem.
but still i dont get why you dont see any smoke
