I will have to find a way to back probe the wiring harness. At this time my ohm meter is showing heater circuit is at 9.1 ohms. Not sure if that is a low enough reading. Can I use an after market code reader on my car? Called dealer to get eld. Was told my car does not have one and that aftermarket code readers are not specific for Hondas. Need to use vehicle specific code reader to get actual code. My readers says no tdc but enhanced shows my codes. Can you shine some light on this? Thank you for your help. Will be working on back probing O2 tonight

Ok. I will start checking wiring harness.i noticed last night that the headlights were dim until I stepped on throttle. Then the lights brightened up. Once lights brightened up it charges at 14.4. Thanks for the info.

Sorry but the code for the eld is P1298. I know 0135,0141 are for the O2 sensors

Here are the codes I have
            P1298
            P0135
            P0141

I had P1337 but I believe it might be fixed. I unplugged the connector and plugged back in and that code went out. The car runs beautifully. No issues except for engine light on and I have to do emission test to get plates. Is it possible that one of the O2 sensors cause P1298? Had a locked up alternator and it affected the car turning over. I thought maybe with that happening I could have an eld code. The O2’s look brand new. I did have to use marvels oil to help loosen the engine was tight to turn by hand.

Ok I do have about that much in the belt. Will the marvels oil make the O2 sensor read funny til it burns off? New O2 sensors but codes for both O2 sensors. Thanks for your help.

Ok.motor freed up. However noise was still present. Checked timing. Good. Found a locked up alternator. Changed and tight sound gone. Never would have thought of a locked up alternator would keep car from starting. Motor runs good. Question I do have though is should God timing belt have some wiggle yo it. Noticed that it flexes when you rev engine up.

update. Got motor to turn over enough to have compression. Still sounds like it’s still a little tight yet. I know I need to check timing and will do that tomorrow. Thanks again for the info. Let you know how it turns out

Ok. Got Marvels oil and put it in been letting it sit. Tried to turn and it is hard but moved so I have been turning it little by little in each direction. Seems to be working. Thanks.

There was no intake or exhaust on it. I figured with those missing a chance of moisture was possible. Should I use a little trans fluid or just motor oil? I have never had to do this to a used motor. Had valve cover off everything seemed clean and no rust. I have been checking other things like clutch and trans does seem like anything binding up. Thought maybe misalignment of clutch and trans. But it turned out ok.plenty of clearance and the trans turns freely with no noise. I hear the noise when cranking engine with starter. Changed starter with new one and no change. Should I hear the same noise when pushing the car in gear?
