Hey There; Had the same problem a couple weeks ago with my mothers 2000 buick century. My problem was the weather strip the runs right above the cabin filter. There was a bunch of pine needles in the gutters right under the windscheild area. cleaned the gutters out and cocked the weather strip. These solved my problem. Hope it helps you.
