That actually was bad i bought a new one hoping to solve the issue after a few test and when i installed it same issue 12v was back feeding to the switch trying to power all the relay contacts I’m guess or something. Just glad i finally figured it out had my scratching my had for a minute. I took a page i learned from you on using service manuals and certain electoral test. So as always thanks for all the help and knowledge.
Ok i feel stupid lol it was the relay that i figured to overlook. Ages ago when i first bought the truck i replaced it because i had no power to the switch so for the first winter i hooked 12v direct into the relay to the motor well after a burnt out motor in a month i replaced the blower and ran a switch straight from 12v to the blower for full speed well i hate being hot so i wanted a lower speed so i kept looking until i found the idiots cut before cut the ign feed brown wire so that solved that but no speed i think i fried some thing feeding 12v to the new relay a year ago so i hooked the old one back up and bam works great.
Cleaned the maf again and the fuel numbers stayed the same about checked the pbb same thing but i noticed it only starts to take fuel away when it’s above idle under and throttle movement and the maf reading goes up and down even under steady 2500-3000 so i’m wondering is that a sign of a screwed maf?
Looks like a lean condition under moderate load. Try cleaning the mass airflow sensor and erase the fault code and recheck the fuel trims.
funny thing is when we replaced the bad o2 we cleaned the mass airflow sensor and throttle body ran fine for a week. After a week the code came back so now I’m starting to think it is bad.
The p0171 means your running lean not that the o2 has a problem.
see if this helps.http://www.justanswer.com/toyota/6xczc-2002-toyota-camry-check-code-p0171-can-tell.html
I know that the Sensor it self in voltage and testing it off the car told me it was bad lol. Thanks for the links i’ll give em a read apperciate the help.
Could very well be a vacuum leak. If the booster is leaking it can cause this. I would suggest disconnecting the vacuum line of the booster and plugging that line and see if the LTFT drops.

Thats what i thought i had a issue on a older car i used to have and did that but was skeptical it still worked on the new obd2 cars. Thanks for the advice and help i apperciate it.
Could very well be a vacuum leak. If the booster is leaking it can cause this. well i ended up buying a used service manual and an going to try and find out if i can reset the pcm my self because im a a loss honda says the fuel trim is normal nothing with the engine ,cars lifted to normal i mean the only think i can think is that v6 hates me because i only maybe put 6 miles a day on it lolor honda’s lying hoping i’ll break some thing and there get to fix it which i dont believe . one question i do have is do the scan tools actually know if the o2 sensor are really working or is it a quick test it runs ?maybe a clogged cat car does stink if i lay on it hard for a while .some day maybe i need to swap it to a 5 spd turbo diesel engine there i’ll get the good mpg.
