Try BBB Industries http://bbbind.com/ then go to the technical information tab. on the drop down click on TSB & Wiring Diagram. when you get to the section where you put in the car info. make sure to click the wiring diagram or you will be looking at the TSB. Hope this helps.

before you go and put money in changing parts take it to a competent mechanic and have them check it. 390.00 for me is a big gamble just to guess. I only say this because in your video you are showing the noise and the strut is not really doing anything. I am sorry you are having so much trouble but try to find someone that can help you figure it out. now for the price, i can not tell you if that is good or bad but what I would do is get a couple of estimates form places you trust. Good luck and take it one step at a time.

inspect the lip of the backing plate where the drum comes close to but does not touch. check for rust and dirt. If that is good then check to make sure it is not bent in any way. good luck.

with tires off the ground and jackstands, grab the tire at 9 and 3 o’clock and feel for looseness. rotate the tire and check for noise. if you feel or hear a grinding sound then remove everything including the drume and grab the hub and pull and turn to see if the bearings are making noise. this way the only thing moving is the bearing. let us know.

Now for the battery being overcharged. If they took that reading soon after turning car off then it could have what is called a surface charge. The tech. should have removed the serface charge first by turning light on engine off for a few minutes. Then he would have gotten a better reading if he did not do what I explained. He also should have checked the alternator to see how much voltage the alternator was putting out. I also second College Man on the no start issue.

I would think you would have to adjust the brakes with new drums because there could be a slight difference between the new and old one. I would treat it like if I just did a brake job.

I looked at the video once again and if that is the noise then it would not be the tire because you eliminated that. remove the drum and spin the hub and put a couple of lugs on, to hold the drum square and see if it makes noise by also spining. just wondering if by chance you hit a curb with that tire because that can damage bearings. one last thing check the other side just to be sure it is not the other side if you do not find anything on the first side. wish you luck.

remove the brake drum and take a look for loose or worn parts. I also am concerned that it could be the bearing, since you said it comes back when turning to the right. with the drum off spin the hub and also check it for looseness. let us know.
