I took my timing belt cover off and it looks like its possibly coming from the camshaft
I just replaced the head gasket and resurfaced it so i hate to think its a headgasket ill check the valve cover but it looks like its coming from lower

It looks like its coming from the corner of the head where it meets the block but not anywhere else and only when i drive on the freeway

Also in a desperate attept i also soaked my cat in boiling hot water and ammonia overnight, and i tested today and passed lowered my CO from .52 to .23

But thanks i appreciate the responses, im crossin my fingers hope i passI dont think california has that their pretty strict here,and i have a free retest, So im just trying to get as much fixed without replacing the cat, cos if i gotta replace that then im just gonna find someone to pass my emmissions, im just hoping the cleaning and new sensors will help lower my CO just enough to pass

And i did replace the sensors and clean egr valve after i failed so im wondering if i might be safe to retest cos i just need to lower CO a little bit

ill test my map sensor, no i dont i thought since its obd1 i can only connect the jumper (which isnt giving me any codes)
