Quoted From college man:
try taking it to a dealership to see if they can resolve it under warranty. C8-)
I’ve been to 2 dealerships, 1st one told me there was no problem and sent me on my way, I drove 40 miles to
the second dealership, waited and hour and they told me to come back later. All both of them did was run a
code reader on the vehicle and nothing else.I would have kept the Century if I wanted to fix things. That being said I bought the lacrosse so I wouldn’t have to fix Shit every other month. If the problem isn’t fixed by a certified dealer in the next few months I’ll be putting a for sale ad in the newspaper & on Craigslist.

Zoom in on the circled area and you’ll see the seems don’t match up.
Its under warranty until feb 2013. I was wondering if I told the service manager that I believe the problem is from a crash dealing with the previous owner, would they deny warranty coverage?
CAI only are worth it if you’re willing to put it on a dyno and have it tuned.

April 17, 2012 at 11:00 am in reply to: Honda Prelude aftermarket axle vibration under acceleration #446777Could be play in the inner CV boot.
Most likely the inner cv joint going bad.
Inner joint = Noise when accelerating
Outer Joint = Noise while turning.Possible seal leaking. I’d check the master & slave cylinder seals in the master cylinder, and the piston seals in the calipers as well. Since you took the master cylinder off you should also have removed the power brake booster and checked the seals for leaks. You can do this by manually moving the push rod back and forth and looking at the fore and aft seals around the push rod.
Well, the scratches don’t look nearly in bad in the photo as they did in person.

Thanks Eric, If I do end up fixing it I’m gonna use the water and sandpaper method, bondo and touch up paint.
I’ll update with pics next week. My grandmother just passed away so I’m going to be busy.
