My apology. I forgot that it has fuse box under the dash just above your left knee if one is sitting in it. Second row, vertical. I hope the fuse is busted. Coz your problem would be solved if it is. By The way, does your car start with the new alt? but its not charging. Is your car getting elect from the battery? You could turn the ex. headlights on? Just trying to narrow it down.. Coz I have a mechanic coming over today to check my wife’s car. Ill get his opinion and give you feedback.

Hello! When you acquired the said vehicle, was it stock or was there any modifications? Wires may have been altered. Has the car ever been submerged in water? Try to visually check the wiring harness. Look for signs of corrosion on terminals.

I know assumption is an enemy, but do consider having the ECU checked. when you floor it RPM will go up. once the ECU picks that up it will then send signal to vtech telling it that its his time to shine then vtec kicks in. Em I making any sense..

I agree with hambys auto, changing the window regulator is easier and faster. Btw, if you do get the window regulator out, you may want to try reconnecting the wires that powers the system and press the buttons just to check if it would work. you can also try putting oil or grease on the rails. If it works you save $90 and if those fails, then go ahead and purchase the window regulator. In my country $90 is equivalent to 4,000.

Hello Munkhuu94! When pulling the window up, does it go up without you using the switch? Possible causes., the cable may have snapped. You can fix that using bicycle brake cable. Accumulation of dust, dirt and other stuff over time in the window rails. Cleaning and lubricating should do the trick. Have fun!

Hi JeremyJ! From my experience vtec should kick in even if it has a bad cat. Actually it will kick in bad cat or without cat. I apologize but I don’t understand the last part of your question. This is from what I understand. If you’re saying the check engine is lit then thats a different story. May I suggest to have your car diagnose.

Hello HeavyJ! Yeah its a 360 Modena F1. Purchased it not long ago from a filthy rich guy for… lets just say its like buying a brand new mid sized Japanese car. Thank you so much for the link and for the effort of looking it up. Greatly appreciated!!! Haven’t read the whole thread yet.. Will give you up date if it works or not. I hope it does.. I miss driving it.
