thanks  but you don’t seem to have understood the question “I was driving to work at 75-80 mph and overtaking when I lost power it was like a rapid misfire leaving a brief trial of black smoke for a split second then it was fine. the oil level and pressure was fine temperature fine too and no engine check light was on”

is there any body out there who has brought an after market turbo and had a good or bad experience?

The engine is a Toyota 2L-TE it dose not have huei injectors just the old style. It is 20 years old so most likely dose not have clear flood mode. there is a wire to the fuel pump if I disconnect that or fined a relay to the pump I THINK that should prevent it from starting but im not sure hopefully the master Jedi reveals all there is to know about performing the test. hers two pictures I found of my fuel system,s main parts ie pump and injectors

Attachments:yes you first have to remove the locked hub 6 nuts and cone washers then the outer bearings then you pull the disc off with the rest of the hub attached to the front if it then you have to undo 6 more bolts that attach the disc to the hub Basically it’s a nightmare probably  and yes unlikely you could do a video as because what are the chances. thanks for the reply anyway cool to here from you
