As was said you most likely loosened the A/C line going to the evaporator. The water pump is on the passenger side of the engine I believe. To complicate matters the water pump may be driven by the timing belt which is under that black plastic cover. It is probably above your skill set at this point. My suggestion is to get some outside help. I think ToyotaKarl just posted something similar to what I just said.

I still think it was freon you were exposed to. if the car sat for a day there is almost no chance for the anti freeze/coolant to be under pressure.

Sounds like you MAY have released some freon from the air conditioning system. If you are that ill you might wabnt to go to one of those Express Medical facilities if you have any in your area. They are plentiful here in wilmington Delaware. You could say you were directly exposed to freon from an automotive air conditioning system. Knowing the type of freon would be helpful too. The type varies depending on the car. Most recent commonly used freon is R134A. If the car is real old it could be R12.
