The clicking noise can be caused by pad movement if the rotors are severly warped and or the caliper is not moving freely on its mounts. Reasonable prices are subject to where you are located, the level of the facility you are doing business with and other variables. If I were replacing rotors, pads and calipers (your parts) locally at a low end shop I would expect to pay between $160-$225 plus brake fluid.

Per my parts suppliers website the compressors are the same for 1989 and 1991 for both the 1.5L and the 1.6L engines. What is not bolting up, the mounting bracket to the engine or the compressor to the mounting bracket?
