with today’s cars there is not one car today I will buy they are all JUNK I have never seen so many engines going bad and many were well maintained this one car with the water pump our local ford dealership wanted no part on replacing the water pump give me a 65 fury with. 383?any day easy to work on and they lasted forever

yep FLEET MAINTENANCE is the way to go today I went to fleet 30 years ago and I would NEVER go back to a dealership Plus the benefits are WAY better had vans trucks and ground support systems down the air port

WE never seen this back in the 60s
mostly just bad designed engines form the get go

and as far as that gm video it WAS STAGED You cant tell me you believed that the 09 was better that the 59have two 5.7 hemis in the shop a 09 and a 2010 both with a hole in the block were the piston went both had the valve guides broken and with though the piston both under 50.000 miles have a 2010 mustang with a 5,0 with a spun barring and the list keeps going on Todays cars are JUNK and please don’t tell me you believe that video with the 59 chevy Its been know that it was staged the 59 in the video had NO frame no engine and was badly rusted out Did you see the video with an 09 chevy and a 59 chrysler that was NOT staged both were whole cars There was nothing left of the 09 that even looked like a car So don’t give me that crap that todays cars are safer B/S

Number ONE I checked the vin and it was a 2003 Number two the car had contour badges all over it number three the owner said it was an 03 contour and number four I just double checked on line and yes there was a 2003 ford contour

I am 60 years old started out in 1963 had a ASE master tech (don’t mean crap) if you want to make good money go fleet or heavy. duty diesel tech THAT’s were the money is tell your instructor my benefits I got in in fleet at DHL NO
dealership could ever match. plus in the long made a lot more money
To get. any kind. of training at a at a dealership you will have to be there a few years plus you got all of the mickey mouse politics with other techs all trying to beat you out at a dealership
if you go dealership I guarantee with in a year you will burn OUT. seen this way to many times
also a thing to think about is your tools in a dealership you have to keep buying updated tools in fleet you buy a set and your finefor the life of me I don’t know why these instructors keep pushing dealerships
