Thank you all for the input. So here is the update, I took all of your suggestions and worked them thru.
I replaced the Cam Position Sensor, and so far that did the trick… I have driven all over town after the replacement and it has started every time.
So, Great job to you all for the help.
and Yes, I checked Fuel cap just in case…

Eric, dreamer2355, and 3SheetsDiesel, Thank you for all your help!!! Eric your the Man, It was the Nozzel…. I was thinking Nozzel for the whole week, but when I found the dead wire, I went to the ECM. You saved me tons of wasted time. Thank you

Thank you for that Information, I will look into that also. Today I replaced the connector to the Fuel Nozzel it self. Of the two wires going into the connector, 1 is like a thick 16 gauge wire, this one has Juice going to it, the 2nd wire, is 1/2 the size, 22 guage or so, This is the dead one.
I have located the ECU, which behind the radio, So.. My next step it to Locate ECU and see it it even sending juice to the wire in question.
