Update

Since this post I have gotten service manual for the truck. There is power to fuse but from fuse to relay and relay to pump there is no current whatsoever. I also realized there was a piece of crap alarm that I think is the culprit. I unplugged the alarm but still nothing. Do you think they cut the pump wires and wired it to Alarm and when the alarm failed the pump isn’t working. Anything helps! Thanks in advance

Thank you do much for responding eric!!! The filter was replaced and current is getting to pump. I agree it could be lines because it starts w/ starting fluid but pump is probably dying anyway thanks for help!!!!!!

One other thing it runs for about 5 secs IF starting fluid is sprayed in so it must be loss of fuel but anything still helps!!!!!

Fuel pump does run and get current tested w/ my power probe it could also be fuel pump thanks for advice

I checked for fuel pump sound and there is gas in the tank the sensors could be the problem thanks for advice
