If you don’t want to take general education classes, you need to go to a trade school that offers certificates and not associate or bachelor’s degrees. Otherwise you have to satisfy the accrediting board for your school and what they determine you need for a degree.

Regular oil = not synthetic or synthetic blend.

We don’t call it mineral oil here, regular or dino oil is our name for it.

High NOx numbers mean detonation from a lean condition, Nitrogen only reacts chemically in the cylinder if it is over 2500 degrees in there, and temperatures in the combustion chamber go high if there is not enough fuel, or too much air.

I am looking, believe me that. Most places aren’t hiring during the winter slow down, plus when push came to shove they finally bumped my pay.

There is no science to support that synthetic is going to cause leaks or more noise. What seems, and seems to be proven more likely, is that the engine was sludged up and worn and basically that sludge was taken up all the space that your seals no longer did and then when synthetic, which is generally much higher in detergents, came in, it started cleaning up that sludge and eventually the seals were left on their own to do the job.

Switching to synthetic and getting leaks and noises generally tells you, your car was not well maintained.

Not much to go on here with what I see in the picture. Was that white connector connected to anything? If so can you provide a picture of that? You say it was connected to the battery, but from your picture all I see is a zip tie holding it on to a wire of some sort, not actually connected electrically in.

Honestly, it doesn’t look like a factory connector, based on my experience with Toyotas. This may be an out of left field question, but does the car have both O2 sensors?
