I use CRC brake quiet, it comes in a spray can and is red. I use a silicone lube, not brand specific for the slides.

4 cylinders at once is almost exclusive timing or damage that occurred due to jumped timing. You can try to put a drop or two of oil in the cylinder and then test the compression to rule out rings.
