Just like voting, if I didn’t vote for that guy or gal, I ain’t going to complain. I don’t pay eric so I ain’t going to complain neither. Eric you have turned my plain old garage with no tools to having all kinds of stuff to fix most of the small things and a few of the intermediate things. Eric, thank you for teaching me and a bunch of my friends and being that friendly face that you rarely see anymore to help you learn the basics first and more. Like how I instruct weapons training; crawl, walk, and then run!!

That makes sense, thank you. It’s hard getting used to not having a parts store in the entire country like autozone or something like that. I have to buy everything online out here and hope it fits.

You can get 8 oz of it on amazon for 19. Obviously you need to add shipping and handling but it usually isn’t that much now a days.

Well while the tire was off the ground I spun it and had my wife apply the brakes and it stopped. Tried with the parking brake and didn’t even slow down. This was just something I forgot to mention plus I didn’t know if it would mean anything for diagnosis. To me not working on this type of parking brake before tells me the piston is fine, but like you said it should still push in the inner pad.

So after watching some more guide pin videos it could just be that the pin needs replacing. Also, nm answer this since my wife is going to just have the mechanics diagnose it and fix it…

Long term moved to 8.6 now. It shut off on me once while it was at 14.1. Load out stayed between 29.4 to 30 but would hit up to 32 at some points. With heater on and radio it shot up to 42 putting in reverse with all on it went to 51. Don’t know if this is normal. It’s weird nothing really seems abnormal other than that the long term changed from 14.1 to 8.6.

Speaking of that we did and it’s for 2010 and up not 2009. Lol. I’ve even looked around and a lot of 2009’s have this shutting off problem. Most of them get a new fuel pump and then the problem returns a few months later. I’m going to put it on the scanner again tonight. It’s hard without a service Manuel since Chrysler doesn’t put much in their regular Manuel’s. Wish I could get a base line for this.

It didn’t lose it just everything spiked in numbers just a second before it shut down. For example the map sits at 9.2 and just before shut down it spikes to 29
