Hello, finally an update.

A friend of mine came to help me work on the car and when I was under the car
he realized that the axle is on an angle.
We jacked up the suspension and the axle went right in !
Conclusion – The repair I did on the this axle with a axle boot kit was no good !
From some reason the inner side didn’t have any angle slack.
I got a rebuilt axle for around $60 and it works !!

I took your advice from the video and didn’t replace the C clip, and i was very careful

The axle is the same one, i just replaced the boot._x000D_

What can i be missing / doing wrong ??

I pulled the axle out somewhat successfully, repaired the boot, so far so good.._x000D_

Now i cant put the axle back in.

I wish the bearing would not break, i think it’s because the the car has 250K
