I see, I wonder if the clear coat can me soften a bit and hit it with a pressure washer. I don’t know that this car is worth a total new paint job.

Wow that’s a nice paint job, this car is definitively not worth it but I do enjoy working on cars so I do what I can to do repairs.

Does the condenser fan run? YES!_x000D_
Jumped the switch connector and nothing, rpms go up same when I plug things back to switch.

Yeah yeah jumping the switch will of course do nothing for me… I did jumped the switch connector and still nothing.

NEW FINDING: With the help of John AKA johnbkobb I was able to track a bad ECU/ECM. How? well I disconnected BLK/RED wire coming from the compress

Very good… the A/C when it work it cools alright so I’m thinking the fins might not be the issue.

I will continue to monitor the leak and clean the compressor to track the location of the leakage.
