Ok everything went well, It was a lot more work to pull the pan, took me about 4 hours from the time I parked the vehicle.
I had to remove some brackets and exhaust.I did noticed the oil was dirty and it was changed one week ago, so now I’m contemplating in doing a engine flush running seafoam to the oil then oil change or oil treatment not sure yet.
Remember this car has 215k miles so I’m not sure what’s best at this point. I’m using 5W-30 oil.

Flywheel was not removed it look great also the bearing was working good.
Quick question, similar to new brake pads, how long should I expect for the clutch disc to start shaping up with the pressure plate surface?

Hey thanks Eric, your video was great, I didn’t have to remove the driver side axle, happy me. It was easy to track down bolts so no problem there.
5 1/2 hours to
I have a 93 civic D15B7 1.5L engine with a new computer, clean idle valve, new spark plug Honda cables, NGK plugs, everything runs smooth, I don’t get much power loss. I do get about 31 miles per gallon if I use the a/c all the time compared to 36-38 mile

ClutchLook at you guys, awesome people. Thanks again for taking the time. The clutch has some noise similar to Eric’s brother which he explains on the how to replace clutch video.
Thanks Eric, $120 for that kit doesn’t sound that bad? right? I can’t expect to get more than 80k miles out of this car.
A/C working perfect… plenty cold… even at 110F… knock on wood

July 3, 2012 at 11:00 am in reply to: How do I easily remove clear coat from body paint – Civic #462013I’m not planning on spraying new paint just yet. What type of compound? Each car wash I’m able to remove a little bit at a time.
