Just a thought if it were the fuel pressure as suggested wouldnt it fault after sitting for long periods also not just random 10min or 1hr.
Still worth while checking your pressure just to know its ok.
Does it run ok when it starts or does it cough and fart for a bit and eventuallt clear itself?
One more thing. When it doesnt want to start hold your foot flat on accelerator and wind it over and see if it wants to start. Ive had vehicle in the past (older p11 nissan primeras) that flood themselves after short trips. Different vehicle i know but may help narrow down your issue.

The other idea is if you have some vernier caliper measuring tool is to insure that your brake disk is not below the manufacturers specs. If they are within spec you could get them machined along with new pads. This will stop the vehicle shudder too.
Im not familiar with your truck as we dont have them here in New Zealand but in regards to the pulling under heavy brakeing could mean your caliper slides require minor greasing. Thats is these are floating calipers.Rear brakes i agree with collage guy. Also rubbing down with what i know as emery sand paper and swappung drums side to side can help braking efficiantcy.

I would think you should be able to get something too, using a hand vacuum pump on the booster. I’ll try it a known good one the first time I get a chance at work today and let you know what happens. I should know if that works offhand anyway, and I don’t.[/quote]
Thanks for that. I removed the vacuume hose your talking about but i dont believe on this vehicle there is a valve in there. Only 1 mounted directly to brake booster which ive checked and believe is working. Altho looking at it off the vehicle the inner of the valve requied me to push it inwards to work with vacuum. If pressure was supplied it worked without intervention. Hmm so my thought is this, the valve only works when there is a pressure on the booster side of the valve. Just doesnt seem right considering there is vacuum being supplied. I know im misunderstanding something
