its probley a cloged heater core. when you start driving the water pump has more power to push through the clog. you may need to replace it or try to uncloge it. eric did a video on it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dcL_0TWeZJY

after i put a new radiator in because the fan clutch ate into it, found that the noise was from the right side engine mount was snaped off at the block. fixed it and all was good.

My snap on 3/8 ratchet with a swivel head that locks is one of the best tools I have had.
