I Managed to find and repair the issue, thanks for your help!

It was the coolant tank cap, had a crack all the way through the inner seal. I got a new one, no problems.

It passed a Block Test. I ran the test 3 times and each time it passed. I also saw that water was coming out the coolant take again, but once i could easily take the lid off and the coolant wasn’t boiling. I think u just need a new cap.

It looks white but sometimes it seems a blue color. Also right now to test the cooling system theres no coolant in the car, just water.

though there is a oddity. There is no radiator cap, just the cap on the coolant tank.

IT looked like most of it got left in the coolant tank. How do I burp it (likely it as I flushed the system to remove traces of sealant, and COMPLETELY drained the thing.) Is there another way to see if the water pump isn’t working?? Also, i forgot to mention, while this thing had steam and coolant coming from under the cap the temp gage stayed in the middle.

                  EDIT:
Forgot to mention, it doesn’t blow hot air.
