thanks! when i re-do the first video ( cause of the narrow picture damn ipad) i will explain more things!
also on a side note i build alot of tools, etc so keep checking my youtube channel!
next video i will post is how to convert a small 3 gallon air compress into a silent one!! very easy and cheap to do!! ๐ one of the reason why you might want a quiet air compresser is to run airbrush in the house ๐ i was using that air compress for the air supply for the smoke machine that is why you guys didnt hear it run! ๐

well iam trying to
if i can rember
ahhh yes i did
I found the wiring diagram and it show 2 wires coming off the PCM saying fan 1 and the other saids fan 2 . does anyone know if this van have 2 speeds for the cooling fans? i am at a lost why it still overheats?
the only thing i have not replaced is the water pump and the thermostat i don’t think thoses are my problem. i did the block test and that came up ok ( i dont think i did that test wrong) i bleed the air out of the system. my cooling fans DO turn on 2 marks after the halfway point on the temp gauge how they are running on low speed and not high.
any other ideas?
thanks
ohhh yes when the fans are on low speed both fans are running i can see that ( well unless it turning due to the air flow from the other fan) and i can trick the fans to run “low” speed or “high” speed but either way i should hear it turn on BOTH fans when it needs to right? if that is the case i only hear the one fan or low speed. i did test the fans relays, fuses all are good. at what temp should both fans be on??
thanks
yes that is what i did as to what u posted and what the video saids. i did the purge the air out of the system well at least i think the air is out. and i did it the way the video saids . i will recheck and do the pressure test again cause i did the pressure test when there was air in the system and it was low on coolant
thanks

i pressure test it and it holds fine. then one thing i notice is that when the fans turn on its in low speed. shouldnt the fans turn on low speed first then high speed? i tested the fans low and high speed and the relays they all work fine
what i mean is the temp gauge read at the half way point then 2 marks pass that the fans turn on but its low speed shouldn’t the fan be in high speed by then? and then BEFORE the half way mark the fans should be in low speed?
thanks
yes i think i got the air out of the system as for 2 speeds my van seems to have it? unless its a function it don’t uses? my van also has the bleeder valves to
as for the pressure test hold long should it hold pressure? and yes i did the pressure thats on the rad cap to
