sorry for the late reply, been a little busy. i know that its a pretty common problem with that generation of silverado trucks but i did a little more searching and came up with alot of people saying its some sort of fan actuator thing. but the one thing i havent been able to find is whether or not the actuators will still work if thats the problem. in the case with this chevy, all vents, fan speeds, blend doors and what not still work just fine. i turned every knob and pushed every button and everything still works. could everything still work if that actuator relay is making that noise?

Are you sure it’s coolant? The evaporator inside of your HVAC gets really cold and causes moisture in the air to condense on it. It will drain out through a small hose underneath the vehicle and look like a leak.[/a common problem with 2nd gen dodge rams with either of the 2 V8 engines is the lower intake plenum pan gasket falling apart. this will cause a vacuum leak, misfires, pinging under load and spark knock, overheating catalytic converters and bad mpgs (very

I asked how add the fluid
but in the same time what the capacity of it?generaly fluid is added through the transmission fluid dipstick tube. use a long skinny funnel to put in the dipstick tube to make it easier to fill. as for the capacity, i cant tell you because i dont know what kind of car you have. but the owners manual will usualy have fluid capacities so you can look in that to find the amount of transmission fluid your car will accept.

the shaft shouldnt move. if you feel it wiggle, check the joints on the shaft. they may be bad. most of the time when i see broken joints on an intermediate shaft, the car “walks around” on the road meaning constant correction is needed to keep

I am leaning towards some bad inner tie-rods but they dont show any signs of being bad since theres no play in the wheel..Quoted From southtextech:_x000D_

[url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lf4nRy6Zn_k&feature=plcp]http://www.youtube.coive worked with dodge vehicles all my life. the ram van is pretty much the same as the cargo van except for the cargo van being on a longer frame. the A518 tranny was renamed to the 46RH in 1992 which used a hydraulic controlled governor. not to be confused the the 46RE which uses an electronic controlled governor. they used these trannys in the vans and the dodge ram 1500, 2500, and 3500 with V8 engines. however after 95 they used the 46RE. so you can also pull that tranny from any dodge ram made from 94-95. so from my knowledge, those transmissions will fit. but be careful. the b250 also used the A500. in which case the A518 will not fit. find out which transmission you have in your van. if is has the A518, than that and the 46RH will fit. if its the A500, than that is the only tranny that will fit. also, the A500 was a tranny that was very limited in use so odds are you have an A518. an easy way to tell if you have an A500 is if you hear a faint whistle as you accelerate and deccelerate. but check to be safe.
but like college man said, i would get the original looked at just incase its something minor. if not, now you know what vehicles to get that tranny from.
also they make kits to flush cooling systems. you can buy em at any auto parts joint. you just hook up a garden hose to the T that comes with the kit and run the engine. but do NOT flush a dodge transmission. if the tranny hasnt gone out, it will as soon as you flush it. for some reason those trannys will not tolerate a power flush, new or old.
