Never fear to check the obvious. Are you certain that none of the o-rings/gaskets were doubled up? Did you lube the gaskets prior to running fluid through the system? Only other thing I can think of is just to verify the right fluid is used through the owners manual. Seems if more than one replacement has leaked, it would have to be one of those issues.

Since you’ve already swapped the coil packs, have you tried swapping the wires? If you swap the wires and the misfire is in another cylinder, you’ll know its the wire. Also you may want to inspect the spark plug, even if they were recently replaced. I’ve had the ceramic crack on the plugs crack shortly after replacing, thus the gap couldn’t be jumped, causing misfires.

My thoughts here are to try and correct the issue causing it. Are you seeing uneven brake wear? If so, possibly slide pins causing the issue or maybe needing a touch up of grease on them (of course, if applicable, check the boots if any tears). Also, is one side of the brakes wearing out more so than the other? May have a stuck caliper. I feel that replacing the rotors, you will only have the same issue no matter the rotors.

          Best regards,
