It cranks but it just wont start up..

All the wires are right in there place. And yes, the car did turn on before the spark plug change. But after I was done listening to music I tried turning the car on and it didn’t turn on so I had jumped the battery with my truck and all it did was crank. And after the spark plug change it still does the same. It cranks but does not start. Could it be my distributor?
