Finally got it running but its throwing a code p0090 and p0304 it idles fine but once i put it in drive and start driving it, it hesitates

WHEN I PULL THE CAP OFF I HEAR THE PRESSURE RELEASE BUT I HAVE TO GET IT STARTED FIRST BEFORE I CAN DO A BLOCK TEST

Now the engine will not start and I’ve notice the upper radiator hose is building a lot of pressure just by cranking it over

I’ll def check for vacumm next. it has a hard time starting like wants to start then it doesn’t and sometime it will go poof out the intake almost like a back fire but not really lol. and i checked the timing all that checks out. and like I said wants i get to start I have to keep gas to it or else it will shut off..

The IACV checked out fine. I got a CEL code 43 that came on but I’m still having trouble finding out the issue. seems to be running bit rich when i can get it to stay on. So I think I going to check the Fuel pressure regulator next..
