We have several service bulletins from acura telling us to pack connectors with it to drive out/prevent moisture and corrsosion in connectors. If im dealing with corroded or burnt terminals or connectors i usually repair them then pack them with the dielectic grease
I wouldnt jump ship after only a few months. It took me 4-5 years to move from an hourly lube guy up to a regular tech position. During that time I just tried to do all the work the other lube guys stayed away from.

Thats rediculous. By doing that they are just trying to save a few bucks in my opinion. I would definately be looking for other places of employment!

Doing that you checked the correct mechanical cam timing.
Checking with a timing light set at 16 BTDC involves running the engine with the SCS connector jumped and the white dot lining up with the timing mark. Moving the distributor counter clockwise will advance the timing and moving it clockwise will retard it.

I have read your comments and it seems like your timing was never dead on, it shouldnt be a bit off. With your timing light hooked to the #1 spark plug wire (closest to the pulleys) the white dot should line up perfectly with the timing mark.
check this website for some other ideas, not sure what else to tell ya

Maybe people aren’t going to Jiffy lube because of all the hidden cameras that have busted them for not doing what they charge for, right down to replacing the filter and greasing anything during a LOF.
Jiffy Lube also has a new ad campaign claiming to be the good guys and all of us are trying to rob customers blind, so add Jiffy Lube to my pet peeve list. Angry mob anyone?
Fine. Valvoline. Wal*Mart. Midas. Meineke. Monroe. Just stop wasting my time at the dealership. You can rip off the last guys sticker all you want, by looking at your history with us and the filter, I know your loyalty doesn’t exist and you are not a customer worth keeping.
Your dealer doesnt have lube guys? We have about 8 of them that handle all of the oil changes. Like it or not, those guys tend to upsell quite a bit of work that us flat raters usually get. No complaints here. Sounds like your dealer is run by a couple of neanderthals :stick:

Just a couple of ideas:
You may have spark but possibly at the wrong time, I cant say I have ever seen this on an integra but ya never know.
You may have the initial prime from the fuel pump but possibly not enough volume
Does the check engine light come on when the key is first turned on? If not then that may indicate an ecu issue.
As with all odd problems check every fuse in the car, ya never know.
The cat converter may be plugged but chances are you would have noticed some other type of driveability issue.
First try as eric said to clear a possible flooded engine situation and go from there. You will figure it out!!
