+1, with low compression on that cylinder you could have a problem with a valve or maybe piston rings

I agree, pull the code. Its probably a funky wheel speed sensor as GM is famous for those. If you can isolate it to a wheel, check that the wiring is in good shape and that the wheel hub mounting bolts are tight and the wheel hub is still good.

Just because a fuel pump is buzzing doesn’t mean its operational. It can be buzzing but not be able to physically pump the fuel. To be honest it sounds like you need a new fuel pump
