depends on if its an interference engine or not, to be honest i’m not familiar with honda engines so its hard to say+1, with low compression on that cylinder you could have a problem with a valve or maybe piston rings
When you do get the bolts out it probably wouldnt be a bad idea to put a tiny dab of anti-seize on the bolts, make them a little easier to get out next time

Well i filled up the radiator and overflow and ran the engine at 2500 rpm with the radiator cap off (dont have access to a spill free funnel) When i revved it up the level in the radiator dropped significantly and then when i let off the throttle a decent

Ahh its just too far away, dont have that kind of money. Hopefully I can make it next year if he has itI agree, pull the code. Its probably a funky wheel speed sensor as GM is famous for those. If you can isolate it to a wheel, check that the wiring is in good shape and that the wheel hub mounting bolts are tight and the wheel hub is still good.
I would highly recommend taking it to a GM dealership, security systems arent something the average DIY’er should attempt
