I agree, do a good inspection of the wiring and check the fuse. I’m thinking maybe an o2 sensor shorted on an exhaust manifold and popped the fuse
I’m thinking along the lines of a suspension noise too but also check the axle shafts
The evaporator is in the dash, check under the hood for where the ac lines go into the firewall. Thats where the evaporator lives
yeah the switch is under the air bag
I agree with college man. First thing that comes to mind is a wheel speed sensor going funky on ya
Dont confuse a grinding sounds with normal abs noise, abs tends to make sort of a grinding/whirring noise
Check the brakes and hardware to make sure nothing is loose or missing. Also check for any rocks or other debris that could be causing the noise. What do you mean the wheel rocks a little, do you mean when its on the car and the lug nuts are torqued down it has some looseness? Could be a bad wheel bearing

When you bled the brakes did you push the brake pedal all the way to the floor? Since the brakes never go all the way to the floor during normal driving you can get a little bit of corrosion built up in the master cylinder. When you bleed the brakes and the pedal goes to the floor you are basically making the seals in the m/c go over this little bit of corrosion which can tear them up and cause a pressure loss.
Hope that makes sense, not too good at explaining things
Some (maybe all, im not sure) GM CKP sensors will give you no spark AND no pulse from the fuel injectors. But yeah I have no clue really about mazda stuff. Assuming you dont have access to a scope, I would check for power and ground to the sensor while cranking the engine and then think about replacing that sensor
Verify if the cooling fan is coming on, that would be a logical explanation for the overheat in heavy traffic. Also, check in front of the radiator for any debris that could limit air flow
perhaps the fan clutch is bad
Go after the crank sensor code, it sounds like you have an intermittently bad crank sensor that is causing your random shut downs
first thing that comes to mind is checking for vacuum leaks. Eric has a video about this very thing.
also check your starter relay
